Affaire SONKO : Les avocats de l’Etat « invalident » le verdict du Tribunal de Dakar
Me El Hadji et ses confrères défenseurs de l’Etat du Sénégal dans l’affaire Ousmane SONKO ne s’avouent pas vaincus en dépit du verdict prononcé ce jour par le tribunal de grande instance de Dakar.
En effet, dans le communiqué ci-dessous, ils estiment que le droit a déjà été dit par la Cour suprême le 17 novembre dernier. Et que, même s’ils ont décidé de se pourvoir en cassation, Ousmane SONKO ne peut être réintégré sur les listes électorales.
