J’ai deux inquiétudes à soumettre au ministre de l’intérieur.
- La caution aurait dû être fixée dans le même délai que la délivrance des fiches. Cet arrêté n’est pas encore disponible et pose un problème de prévisibilité pour les candidats. Quel est le montant retenu pour la caution ?
- Les nombres maximum/minimum ont été fixés pour le parrainage. Mais personne, à part l’administration, ne connaît le nombre exact d’électeurs contenus dans le fichier électoral. Nous pouvons faire des projections sur la base des chiffres avancés. Mais il est de la responsabilité du ministre de nous donner les chiffres exacts du fichier électoral révisé et qui justifient les seuils avancés.
Nous exigeons un processus électoral transparent à tout point de vue.
