C’était attendu, c’est maintenant fait. L’Union des magistrats sénégalais (UMS) réagit à l’annonce de la mise en place d’une commission d’enquête parlementaire sur des faits présumés de corruption au Conseil constitutionnel. Dans le communiqué ci-dessous, l’organisation qui marque sa solidarité aux magistrats mis en cause, estime qu’il est impossible de mettre en place une telle commission pour enquêter sur des magistrats.
